Service Description
JobFlows AI provides SMS automation and job coordination services to contractors. The platform sends messages on behalf of contractors to their clients and subcontractors.
Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for obtaining proper consent from all contacts before loading them into the system. Contractors must not use the platform for spam, marketing blasts, or any unsolicited communication.
SMS Compliance
All messaging complies with TCPA and 10DLC regulations. Opt-out requests via STOP are honored immediately and automatically.
Limitation of Liability
JobFlows AI is not liable for missed jobs, lost revenue, or communication failures. The platform is provided as-is during the pilot period.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
